Junior IT Support Engineer

Expected, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, C#, Python

Your responsibilities, 1st/2nd line support for Power Platform tools, Troubleshooting apps, workflows and basic integrations, Supporting users and technical teams, Helping with simple automations and low-code solutions, Documenting issues and fixes

Min. 1+ year of experience in IT support, QA, SaaS or similar role, Basic knowledge of Power Platform / Power BI, Basic understanding of SQL, Basic knowledge of C# or Python, Good communication and problem-solving skills, Willingness to work in shifts
