Your main responsibilities: Understand and optimize FX position processes within Product Control, ensuring accurate data sharing with Traded RiskLiaise with and educate stakeholders on FX P&L and position-related processes to ensure clear communication and understandingAnalyze P&L Explain data exceptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsDevelop and enhance governance frameworks for adjustments, improving data quality and control mechanismsBuild advanced tooling to visualize and streamline adjustment review routines, supporting efficient decision-makingManage resolution of data exceptions, including documenting requirements, stakeholder alignment, testing, and go-live supportProduce comprehensive project analysis documentation aligned with Business Transformation Framework (BTF) standardsCollaborate with IT, Finance, and Product Control teams to define requirements, conduct data analysis, and ensure successful project delivery You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 2 years of experience in Markets and Securities Services, with a focus on data quality and governanceStrong knowledge of Global Market Products and behaviorsProven project delivery experience, preferably involving data quality and data lineagesSolid understanding of the full project lifecycle with relevant qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools—Excel, Word, PowerPointClear verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively, building productive relationships across teams It is a strong plus if you have: Part-qualified accountant credentialsExperience delivering data quality improvement projects Language required for the role: English, fluent command Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
