Customer Service Specialist with German (m/k)

This is a permanent position.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Daily contact with business clients in German (e-mail, chat and phone)
• Managing the end-to-end order processing cycle for business clients
• Handling returns and complaints in line with company procedures
• Resolving order-related issues and ensuring timely deliveries
• Working closely with internal departments
• Preparing reports and analyses related to order management
• Cooperating with the team to optimize order management processes

WYMAGANIA:
• Very good command of German - min. B2/C1
• Communicative English - min. B2
• Experience in customer service and/ or order management
• Accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in an international work environment
