We are looking for a Medallia platform expert to join our Customer Experience team within the Customer Relationship Management area.

The role involves managing and improving a customer feedback and survey management system built on the Medallia platform. The candidate will also drive the development of new features and enhancements to improve the platform’s performance, functionality, and customer insights.

The basic requirement is that the candidate must have Medallia Product Certification or higher and have hands-on development experience with the Medallia platform.
