Mid-Level Deskside Support Technician

About the project, As a Mid-Level Deskside Support Technician, you will be working for our client, committed to maintaining operational excellence and delivering outstanding user experiences. Join a dynamic team that values innovation, efficiency, and professional growth.

Your responsibilities, Handle Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software incidents to ensure quick resolution and minimal downtime, Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations for optimal performance, Prepare and deploy IT equipment, including PCs, phones, and printers, in a timely manner, Manage user accounts in Active Directory to maintain security and access controls, Support users with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, Handle first-level network incidents to ensure smooth connectivity, Manage IT stock, track hardware assets, and support deployment phases, Provide on-site support to maintain high internal user satisfaction and operational effectiveness

At least 2 years of experience in user support within a structured IT environment, Proficiency in working with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 suite, Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues, Excellent communication skills in English (fluent level), Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on-site with organization and attention to detail

Optional, Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Support Technician, Experience with ticketing tools and LAN/WAN environments
