Project Manager with SAP

Workplace: 100% remote

Workload: Full-time (approx. 160 hours / month)

Working hours: US East Coast Time Zone (start at 14:00 Polish time / 8-hour workday)

Join our team as a  Project Manager (SuccessFactors Learning) and take full responsibility for driving key enterprise clients through their end-to-end learning processes. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 7 consultants, ensuring top-tier delivery standards, smooth administrative management, and introducing new functional capabilities and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the customer through complex learning processes, serving as the primary point of contact, and maintaining top-notch delivery standards required by demanding enterprise clients.
• Managing and coordinating a team of approximately 7 consultants, maintaining high organizational standards, and ensuring clear task ownership ("tidy tasks housekeeping").
• Proactively introducing new SuccessFactors functionalities and identifying upsell opportunities across both SAP SuccessFactors offerings and NIIT services (full introduction to NIIT portfolio will be provided).
• Acting as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to resolve blockers, streamline communication, and make things work efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in Project Management within HR tech / Enterprise implementations (ideally Senior level, or strong Mid with exceptional PM qualities).
• Very strong domain knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills — strong emphasis on task housekeeping, accuracy, and structured workflows.
• Very strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to executive-level client stakeholders and effectively direct an internal consulting team.
• Ability to work aligned with US East Coast working hours (starting at 14:00 Polish time).
• Quality-driven mindset capable of meeting the rigorous expectations of top-tier target clients.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with the broader SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem beyond the Learning module.
• Familiarity or background with training/learning service providers (e.g., NIIT portfolio/services).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary consulting teams in international remote environments.
