Senior Procurement Specialist (Professional Services, HR, Administration, Financial Services)

• Have a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in indirect procurement, specifically focusing on Professional Services, HR, Admin, or Financial Services.
• Boast a proven track record of managing full, end-to-end tender processes (A to Z) and conducting successful negotiations with both domestic and international suppliers.
• Demonstrate high ownership, structured organization, and strong assertiveness when managing complex stakeholder relationships under time pressure.
• Possess an analytical mindset with strong data literacy, enabling you to derive business insights and optimize procurement spend.
• Are highly adaptable, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment with dynamic priorities (e-commerce or multinational background preferred).
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent Polish and English (B2/C1 level) for daily interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
