E-Learning Expert

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-learning, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing online learning content.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• German language skills at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now .
• Master’s degree in Communication, Business, IT, Education, or a related field.

We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Expert with German to join an international project and support the design and delivery of modern digital learning solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, developing high-quality training content, and supporting learning initiatives using modern e-learning technologies, including SAP Enable Now.

If you have experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, digital learning solutions, and enjoy transforming complex business processes into clear and engaging learning materials, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
