Responsibilities:

Analyze application security and user access management, including access groups, user accounts and service accounts
Review access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary permissions
Assess access findings and recommend actions based on business requirements
Coordinate with Business stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather information and agree on appropriate actions
Engage with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to formulate actions and mitigations
Facilitate onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
Develop Microsoft Copilot use cases related to Mainframe data and RACF accesses
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
Support prioritization of activities and management of scope changes
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ
Strong experience in IAM and application security, including access groups, user accounts and service accounts
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ
Practical knowledge of Mainframe data and RACF accesses
Experience developing Microsoft Copilot use cases related to Mainframe data and RACF accesses
Understanding of Business applications, IT processes and Identity & Access Management
Ability to analyze user permissions and identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary access
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and IT
Ability to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders while aligning activities with project deliverables
Self-driven and collaborative approach
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
