Operational IT Service Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities, Leading the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of IT services across multiple JM locations and business areas., Managing and developing Operational IT Service Managers and support teams to build consistent, high-performing service delivery., Building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and acting as the primary escalation point for critical service issues., Driving service improvement programmes that strengthen customer experience, operational resilience, service quality and business value., Overseeing service transition for major projects to support the effective introduction of new technologies and services into production., Managing supplier performance, service governance, compliance and operational budgets against agreed outcomes.

Significant experience in IT service management roles, leading service delivery and operations within a complex global organisation., Experience working in an ITIL-structured support organisation, with a strong understanding of service management practices, governance, risk and compliance., Practical experience using IT Service Desk and Service Management system tools to manage performance, incidents, requests and service reporting., Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams., Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage third-party suppliers, contracts, KPIs and SLAs., Strong financial, planning and organisational skills, combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
