Your team welcomes you with open arms

As our new Procurement Manager in the Procurement & Outsourcing team in Warsaw, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of procurement activities across renewals, supplier onboarding, sourcing and contract lifecycle management. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Risk and Finance, independently managing procurement requests from initial request through to contract execution while ensuring the right commercial, contractual and governance considerations are properly addressed. While much of your portfolio will focus on technology and operational services, including software, SaaS, professional services and outsourced providers, you'll also support procurement across a broader range of business spend.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Exciting work is waiting for you

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of savings and value opportunities across assigned spend areas, including renewals, supplier consolidation, demand management and sourcing events.

Procurement intake & coordination

  • Recommend pragmatic procurement approaches based on business needs, risk and governance requirements, helping stakeholders navigate the procurement process efficiently.
  • Triage and prioritize requests within scope, coordinating inputs across Legal, Risk, Finance, and service owners
  • Track actions and dependencies through to closure, setting clear expectations with stakeholders

Governance, process & improvement

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements while applying a pragmatic and proportionate approach to governance.
  • Identify recurring request patterns and operational inefficiencies, proposing pragmatic process and tooling improvements

Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be the right candidate, you hold a university degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field, and bring at least five years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract management, or supplier governance. You have a proven ability to independently manage technology procurement activities, including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, managed services, and cloud or infrastructure agreements.

You are commercially minded, with a strong track record of leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and delivering measurable business value. Experience within a regulated environment and exposure to third-party risk and outsourcing frameworks such as DORA and the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines would be an advantage.

You are analytical, structured, and self-driven, able to translate business needs into practical procurement strategies and recommendations. Comfortable working autonomously, you exercise sound judgement, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
