Senior Operations Director (Pharma & Nutraceutical Manufacturing) (m/f)

For our Client, organization operating in a regulated manufacturing environment, we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Senior Operations Director to lead and scale complex operational structures across multiple teams and functions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, operational processes, and organizational efficiency within a highly regulated environment. The position requires strong experience in pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplements manufacturing, combined with the ability to manage dispersed teams, drive operational excellence, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• lead and oversee manufacturing and operational activities across multiple teams and locations,
• build, optimize, and standardize operational processes to support scalability and business growth,
• ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory standards, quality systems, and operational procedures,
• drive operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, and organizational efficiency,
• manage and develop dispersed, cross-functional operational teams in a dynamic environment,
• collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Production, and Executive Leadership teams,
• monitor operational KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions,
• support strategic decision-making through operational planning, structure development, and performance optimization,
• strengthen organizational maturity, accountability, and execution capabilities across operations.

Requirements:

• extensive leadership experience (10+ years) within pharmaceutical, dietary supplements, or other regulated manufacturing environments,
• strong background in manufacturing operations, operational management, and process optimization,
• proven experience managing dispersed and multifunctional teams,
• deep understanding of GMP, quality standards, compliance, and regulated production environments,
• experience scaling operational structures and building efficient organizational processes,
• strong business acumen and strategic leadership capabilities,
• ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-growing organizations,
• excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills,
• fluency in Polish & English (written and spoken),
• willingness to travel within Poland and active category B driving licence required,
• preferred candidate location: Wrocław/Poznań/Bydgoszcz.
