Your responsibilities

• Efficient supply chain coordination – Organizing and securing a reliable flow of materials in accordance with all logistics-related process specifications.
• Supplier management & development – Proactively developing suppliers, leading escalations, and ensuring adherence to MAN/VW processes.
• Material availability assurance – Monitoring, planning, and safeguarding on-time material deliveries to production plants.
• Cost optimization – Identifying opportunities to reduce material and transportation costs while maintaining quality and process stability.
• Process improvement initiatives – Developing strategies to enhance efficiency across material management processes.
• Project implementation – Leading and supporting supply chain optimization projects, collaborating with cross functional teams on corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Our requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, procurement, logistics, or supply chain management (automotive industry is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive and structured approach to work.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and supplier management principles.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools.
• Fluent English (German is an advantage).
