For our international Client, a globally recognized brand, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Payroll Specialists with English and Italian or Greek to join its GBS structures and become part of a newly established team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll activities for the Polish and Baltic region or Nordic countries/Italian market/Greek market.

Your responsibilities

• validate payroll inputs and perform data quality checks,
• coordinate payroll processing, corrections and final validation,
• review payroll outputs, including payslips, bank files and GL reports,
• manage payroll queries, discrepancies and payment issues,
• monitor KPIs, controls, approvals and service levels,
• coordinate with payroll vendors and internal Finance/Legal teams,
• support process improvements, system changes and legal updates,
• participate in knowledge transfer to Polish structures.

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll area,
• strong understanding of payroll processes,
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• high attention to detail and accuracy,
• very good command of English or Italian or Greek (B2 or higher),
• knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors,
• experience in transition projects will be a strong asset.

• experience working with regions such as Poland, the Baltics, or the Nordics.
