People Advisory Specialist

We are seeking a People Advisory Specialist to join our team.

This position is dedicated to providing organizational people management support, facilitating people processes, and implementing programs within specific units. As a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will assist employees and leaders in all EPAM HR processes, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace experience.

Work closely with Primary People Partners who oversee particular disciplines or practices Assist with a range of HR processes, including employee experience management, retention, and performance development, initially with guidance and later independently Support unit management in auditing local programs and frameworks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws Contribute to unit townhalls and events, encouraging employee participation and office attendance Engage with the Shared Service Center and collaborate with various stakeholders on process-related tasks and issues Ability to collaborate effectively with Primary People Partners across different disciplines and practices Experience supporting HR processes such as employee experience management, retention, and performance development, with the capacity to work independently over time Skills in assisting management with audits of local programs and frameworks, including knowledge of local labor law compliance Experience organizing and participating in unit events and townhalls, with a focus on promoting employee engagement Familiarity with Shared Service Center operations and the ability to interact with multiple participants on diverse tasks
