IT Security Consultant

As part of the continued growth of our Security Operations Centre (SOC), we are looking for an experienced SOC Consultant (SOC IR L3) to join our Incident Response team. In this role, you will lead the investigation and resolution of complex cybersecurity incidents, helping to protect the organisation and strengthen its overall security posture. You will analyse and correlate security events from multiple sources, including SIEM, IDS, EDR, antivirus, firewall and proxy solutions , conduct digital forensic investigations , and provide expert guidance throughout the incident response lifecycle. Working closely with Security and IT teams, you will support remediation efforts, improve SOC procedures and contribute to the continuous development of our security capabilities. This is a predominantly remote position, and we welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in Poland. While occasional travel may be required, the role is designed for flexible remote working. Due to the nature of incident response, occasional availability outside standard working hours may be required during critical incidents. We are looking for a professional with at least five years of experience in a SOC Analyst, Threat Hunter, Threat Researcher or Incident Response role , including hands-on experience in incident handling, alert management and cybersecurity investigations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern attack techniques, threat actors and attack vectors , as well as experience with digital forensics, host- and network-based investigations, memory analysis and malware analysis . Experience leading security incidents and coordinating response activities in complex environments is highly desirable.

You should possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills , be able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and feel confident working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are essential. Additional information This is a predominantly remote position, and we welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in Poland.
