Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals. Your responsibilities, Lead and manage S/4HANA transformation programs, including S/4HANA greenfield implementations and run services., Oversee projects and services end‑to‑end: from initiation to closure, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction., Act as the primary client contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring clear, effective communication., Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with full financial accountability., Monitor and optimize service KPIs, ensuring ongoing operational excellence., Collaborate with cross‑functional, multinational, and distributed teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes., Ensure alignment with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while acting as a trusted advisor for clients. At least 5 years of project management experience in SAP environments, including S/4HANA transformation and greenfield implementation projects., Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; certification preferred., Proven ability to manage executive‑level stakeholders as well as delivery teams., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client and team management., Experience with agile delivery methods and agile‑at‑scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe)., Demonstrated financial accountability, including budget management and forecasting., Innovation‑driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex, fast‑changing environments and deliver results under strict timelines., Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.
