? We're hiring: Senior UX/UI Designer
We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a team building modern SaaS products used by professionals worldwide.
? Location: Gdańsk, Poland (hybrid – 3 days/week in the office)
? Employment: Full-time, Employment Contract (UoP) only
What you'll do:
• Design user-centered experiences for complex SaaS products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into intuitive solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to design systems and ensure accessibility and usability best practices.
What we're looking for:
✔ 4–6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products.
✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process.
✔ Experience with user research, prototyping, and design systems.
✔ Proficiency in Figma.
✔ Good understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
✔ Experience working in Agile environments.
✔ English level B2+.
