IT Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Process orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation
• Ensure the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors and establish relationships with them
• Be responsible for selecting the best vendor
• Support LATAM market (Americas)

Our requirements

• Ability to work in ERP/WMS
• C1 English
• Project management knowledge
• 2+ years experience in purchasing/procurement
• Previous experience in commercial role
• Supporting US market - working hours 11 am - 7 pm
• Spanish language knowledge is an asset
• IT equipment knowledge or experience is a big plus
