Your Responsibilities

• Operating, setting up, and supervising CNC lathes and milling machines (3 to 5 axes)
• Handling machines with Siemens and Fanuc controls
• Producing and assembling rotary connections and drives, including gear cutting of components
• Manufacturing large slewing bearings and gearbox components
• Processing parts from various materials (e.g., C45, 42CRMO, GG-GUSS, ST52-3)
• Machining large components, up to 6 meters in diameter
• Measuring and inspecting finished parts (dimensional, visual, and positional control)
• Reading technical drawings and working from CAD data
• Regular maintenance and upkeep of machines

Requirements

• Proficiency in German (minimum conversational level)
• Professional experience
• Ability to set up machines and change tools
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Cranes certification is a plus (can be obtained within the company)
