Business Development Coordinator (M/K)

What we expect:

  • Experience in B2B sales, including proven success in acquiring new customers,
  • Experience in technical industry sales,
  • Confidence in conducting sales meetings and negotiations,
  • Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve goals,
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level and knowledge of additional foreign languages,
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator (M/F) who can effectively reach decision-makers and consistently close contracts. If you thrive on acquiring new business and are motivated by ambitious targets – this role is for you.

Your role:

  • Actively acquiring new customers (new business) in assigned export markets,
  • Managing the full sales process: from initial contact, through offer preparation and negotiations, to contract signing,
  • Reaching key partners and building long-term relationships,
  • Preparing commercial concepts and tailored offers based on customer needs (consultative sales, technical projects),
  • Cooperating with the technical team to develop solutions and cost calculations,
  • Delivering ambitious sales targets and contributing to the development of new markets,
  • Analyzing the market, identifying new sales opportunities and industry trends.
