Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager based in Warsaw to oversee end-to-end study operations at the country level. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving successful clinical trial execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for global study team members and coordinate with local cross-functional teams
• Plan and execute study startup timelines, feasibility assessments, and country-level enrollment strategies
• Lead problem-solving efforts including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder escalation
• Maintain Clinical Trial Management System accuracy and ensure document completeness in eTMF
• Prepare and support investigator sites through Clinical Trial Package validation and site initiation visits

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences or equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience in clinical research
• Deep understanding of GCP, ICH Guidelines, and local clinical research regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, CTMS, eDC, and eTMF systems
• Strong organizational, planning, and cross-functional team leadership skills
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
