Our client specializes in the production of mooring and towing ropes for marine and industrial applications, delivering precise and high-quality solutions to some of the largest oil and gas corporations worldwide. The production facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified and regularly inspected by leading classification societies, reflecting their commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate automatic spinning machines, ensuring proper functioning and configuration.
• Monitor production processes, including material supply, machine parameters, and spool changes using a hoist.
• Connect two spools using a learned connection system to ensure smooth production flow.
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify product compliance with established standards and production requirements.

Manual Rope End Braiding:

• Learn and execute a consistent braiding system according to specified procedures.
• Ensure high-quality material connections for durability and precision.
• Protect finished lines with waterproof materials to ensure proper safeguarding.
• Accurately measure and control rope lengths to meet technical specifications.
• Machine wind finished components onto transport beams, maintaining order and compliance with production standards.

What We Offer

• Attractive weekly salary in euros, with a base rate of €17.28 gross/hour .
• Shift premium for morning and afternoon shifts of €1.04 (Total base rate with shift premium: €18.32 gross/hour ).
• Meal vouchers worth €8.00 per working day (employee contribution: €1.09), credited monthly to a dedicated payment card.
• Comprehensive training in rope braiding , lasting 3 to 6 months based on individual progress.
• Year-end bonus of 8.33% of annual gross salary.
• Holiday bonus of 15.38% of annual gross salary for the period worked in the calendar year.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a minimum intermediate level .
• Awareness of physical work .
• Willingness for long-term collaboration .
• Valid Category B driving license .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production work is a plus.
