Your role and responsibilities

• Managing customer orders end-to-end in ERP systems (from order entry to invoicing)
• Coordinating order execution with Sales, Logistics, Service and Finance teams
• Monitoring order status and ensuring on-time delivery
• Verifying commercial data (prices, terms and conditions, Incoterms)
• Communicating with customers and resolving operational issues
• Supporting continuous improvement of the order-to-cash process

This role is contributing to the MOTR Service.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
• Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
• Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the role

• Good understanding of order-to-cash processes and related workflows
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and good system literacy
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data verification (pricing, master data, contracts)
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challenges under time pressure
• Knowledge of Incoterms and basic commercial terms
• Understanding of compliance and internal control requirements
