Join our global Finance Applications & Systems Transformation (FAST) team and play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of finance systems. As an L2 functional support expert, you will manage incidents and defects, coordinate issue resolution across Finance, IT, and AMS teams, and help deliver reliable, compliant finance operations while supporting continuous improvement and system transformation.

YOU WILL

• Provide L2 functional support for finance applications, managing incidents, defects, and system issues throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform functional analysis, impact assessments, and prioritization of incidents based on business and finance needs.
• Coordinate issue resolution with FAST Leads, IT delivery teams, AMS providers, and Finance stakeholders.
• Validate system fixes and enhancements before release to ensure quality and minimize downstream impact.
• Monitor close-critical and control-sensitive issues, escalating risks that could affect financial reporting or compliance.
• Identify recurring defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements to increase system stability.
• Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and the development of operational standards and best practices.
• Contribute to process optimization, release readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems.

YOU NEED

• 8-12 years of experience in finance systems, J.D. Edwards (JDE), finance transformation, or ERP support.
• Hands-on experience with incident management, L2 functional support, defect lifecycle management, and release validation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, financial close, and internal controls (SOX).
• Experience performing functional impact assessments and coordinating issue resolution across Finance, IT, and AMS teams.
• Familiarity with finance system integrations, ticketing systems, and incident tracking processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, especially during financial close periods.
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
