Your responsibilities

We as support engineers do a lot more than just support, we are project managers, client engagement, client onboarding, and many other things that matter so everything a new hire does will be impactful to our company soon, and we want them to be proud of that and push that narrative and goals forward.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical field.
• Solid experience with MS Windows environment. Linux is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of scripting languages (required).
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Basic experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
