We are an international mobile product company based in Cyprus and building high-performing apps and games since 2019. Our distributed team of 35+ talented professionals works globally to create products used by thousands of users worldwide. We operate in two key directions: game&non-game products available on 3 platforms: iOS, Android, Amazon Appstore. Our portfolio includes 18+ mobile games and 10+ utilities. We combine data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform, grow, and lead in their categories.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Plan marketing for mobile games and apps: decide what to test this month and what to launch next quarter.
- Come up with hypotheses and run tests on store pages, creatives, offers and onboarding.
- Drive LiveOps and seasonal promotions together with the product team.
- Grow our web projects organically: content, SEO, landing pages, links between web and app.
- Develop partnerships with creators, communities, media, platforms, influencers, launch cross-promo campaigns.
- Track performance, turn insights into action, share learnings with the team, and quickly cut what doesn’t deliver results.
- Implement AI-powered solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, build key partnerships, boost brand visibility.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- 3+ years of experience in marketing mobile games/apps (cross-platform/ web experience is a plus).
- You take ownership of your work, identify opportunities, turn ideas into actionable plans.
- You’ve run tests, LiveOps or campaigns from start to finish and can show the results.
- You thrive in a fast-paced cycle: idea → test → result → next idea.

Nice to have:
- Experience with ASO / SEO or a deep understanding of core principles.
- SEO or organic web growth experience (not required: we’ll help you get into).
- Practical experience with ASO.
- Good AI mindset.
