Your responsibilities

• In-depth financial analysis (P&L, BS and CF) and conducting detailed underwriting/credit assessments documenting the merchant business model and sector dynamics, financial performance with the key indicators, credit risks and mitigants
• Presenting your credit proposal to divisional and group risk committees
• Carrying out annual/periodic credit reviews of assigned limits and recommending risk class, changes in limit and collateral setup based on the outcome of the analysis
• Collaborating closely with business development and advising/supporting them on the boarding process
• Communicating effectively with merchants at CFO or treasurer level
• Reviewing legal documents and amendments ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Credit risk signing authority (based on your level of expertise/experience)
• Coaching, developing and guiding team members

Our requirements

• Around 4+ years of experience in financial analysis with corporate risk assessments;
• Substantial knowledge and deep understanding of financial statements, financial & cashflow analysis and accounting principles;
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Master’s degree in finance/accounting/business economics would be a plus;
• Payment and FinTech industry knowledge would be an asset;
• Strong ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced and changing environment;
• Good sense of responsibility;
• Ability to support, guide and help other team members.
