Service Center Apprentice

GE HealthCare seeks an apprentice for its Service Center logistics team in Warsaw. The role involves supporting medical equipment service coordination, order management, and customer communication within an international healthcare technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn order processing, spare parts delivery, and service workflows
• Enter and update data in internal systems and customer portals
• Coordinate with customers, service engineers, logistics, and other departments
• Support implementation of solutions to improve service and customer experience
• Handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 35-40 hours per week availability, Monday through Friday
• Fluent Polish; communicative English in speech and writing
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
