As an IT Support Agent with German , you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers by providing high-quality technical support and ensuring efficient problem resolution.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (2 visits in the office per week)

• Working hours: Mon-Fr -> business hours or 24/7 support

• Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk

• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

• Languages: German & English

• Salary range: 7000 - 8000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to German-speaking customers

• Respond to queries and resolve hardware, software and system issues

• Manage and track incidents through a ticketing system

• Perform troubleshooting activities and escalate complex issues when necessary

• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage (but not required)
