Senior Software Engineer (Python; Cloud)

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and make architectural decisions for high-level system flows and lower-level components.
• Design, build, and maintain software applications using Python.
• Develop and deploy applications on major cloud platforms.
• Use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to improve coding efficiency, code quality, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to clarify requirements and lead technical discussions.
• Own project outcomes independently while maintaining alignment with architectural constraints, technical standards, and project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering methodologies.

Requirements

• Practical Python development experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform; Microsoft Azure is required.
• Intermediate architecture skills with the ability to translate high-level requirements into component designs.
• Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using AI tools in software development, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing technical conversations.
• High accountability, proactivity, and the ability to adapt to changing technical environments.
• Experience with AWS or GCP is advantageous.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs or Python microservices architectures is advantageous.
• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions, LLMs, MCPs, and developer AI tools is advantageous.
