Principal Maintenance Paint Shop Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• As part of your job, you will accompany body construction projects from the initial concept to the final acceptance and, as a sub-project manager, take on responsibility in the area of Maintenance planning
• You will work in international planning units in the TRATON network in interdisciplinary teams and represent the interests of MAN Truck & Bus Sp z.o.o.
• You will create concepts and tender documents as well as final acceptance protocols for maintenance in the plants
• You will support and coordinate suppliers and external planning service providers
• You will be responsible for the operational business with the team with regard to the target values of quality, time and costs as well as ensuring safety, environmental protection and fire protection requirements
• You will accompany changes in the production areas and ensure that new solutions are implemented smoothly
• You are going to manage records, report results, and communicate with other departments of the company
• You will together with the team be responsible for the uptime and the performance of the Paint Shop

Our requirements

• You want to work in an innovative environment and a real "strong team"
• You successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• You are experienced in the surrounding of Paintshops
• You have experience in maintenance preferably also in predictive maintenance
• You have at least 5 years work experience in a technical environment, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
• You are characterized by initiative, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You enjoy working in international teams and are also willing to travel on business
• Linguistically, you are absolutely fluent in English and Polish and are proficient in common MS Office applications
• German language skills would be a plus
