Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service related to overdue payments.
  • Respond to client queries.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Minimum 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (internal candidates only).
