Responsibilities
- Handle customer service related to overdue payments.
- Respond to client queries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Minimum 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (internal candidates only).
