Technical Consultant / Business Analyst

For my client — a  Polish technology company delivering projects for clients in the US — I am looking for a Technical Consultant / Business Analyst .

This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys combining business, technology and communication and working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• working directly with clients and leading client meetings,

• understanding and analysing business needs and requirements,

• translating client needs into requirements for technical teams,

• preparing user stories and project documentation,

• working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and technical teams,

• supporting backlog management,

• participating in presales activities and meetings with potential clients,

• tracking decisions, risks, dependencies and deadlines.

Must-have

• technical degree ,

• fluent English – daily communication with US-based clients,

• confidence in leading client meetings,

• good understanding of technology and ability to work effectively with technical teams,

• proactive and self-driven approach,

• willingness and ability to learn quickly,

• 3 days per week working from the office in Gdynia ,

• availability for client meetings between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM , depending on project needs.

Previous experience in a similar role is welcome but not required .
