External OneStream Functional Support Consultant Summary: We are looking for a OneStream Functional Support Consultant to provide operational and functional support to the finance department, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues. Responsibilities: OneStream Functional Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Finance users.Data Uploads: Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc uploads into OneStream.Currency Adjustments: Manage and troubleshoot currency changes.Issue Resolution: Handle functional issues that cannot be resolved internally.User Guidance: Assist users with navigation, workflows, and best-practice usage.Validation & Controls: Ensure data accuracy and compliance.Documentation: Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements.Collaboration: Work with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions. Must Haves: 3+ years of functional OneStream experience.Strong understanding of finance processes, consolidation, reporting, and data structures.Experience supporting global finance teams.Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.Strong communication skills in English.Experience working remotely with international stakeholders.India-based consultant preferred. Nice to Haves: Experience in similar roles within finance companies.Familiarity with ERP systems and their financial modules.Certifications in finance or accounting.
