Your responsibilities

• Plan supply, materials, and production to ensure business continuity and efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on demand, material availability, and production capacity.
• Manage material planning (MRP), planning parameters, and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor material availability, identify supply risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery rescheduling, and supply issues.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inbound material flow.
• Analyze capacity constraints, inventory levels, lead times, and material availability to optimize planning decisions.
• Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and other Supply Chain teams.
• Track planning KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and planning-related projects.

Our requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning, or MRP.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, inventory management, and material flow.
• Experience working with planning systems such as SAP, IBP, APO, Blue Yonder, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of planning parameters such as MOQ, safety stock, lead times, and capacity planning.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), including late shifts 2–3 times per week.
