Google Alliance GTM Leader | Poland
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced technology business leader who combines enterprise sales expertise, commercial acumen and transformation advisory capabilities.
You are comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, shaping strategic opportunities and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes powered by cloud and AI technologies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, pre-sales, consulting or business development
- Experience working with Google Cloud technologies and hyperscaler-led transformation programs
- Strong relationships and credibility within large enterprise organizations in the Polish market
- Solid understanding of AI, Gemini Enterprise, cloud modernization, cybersecurity and data-driven transformation
- Experience leading complex pursuits involving multiple stakeholders and service lines
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Polish and English
- EU work permit
Nice to have:
- Experience working directly with strategic technology alliance partners
- Experience shaping large-scale cloud, AI or data transformation programs
- Understanding of industry-specific transformation trends across enterprise clients
Your future role
As Google Alliance GTM Leader , you will play a critical role in accelerating Deloitte Poland's Google Cloud business and expanding our market presence across strategic enterprise accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing Deloitte Poland's Google Cloud go-to-market strategy
- Building and developing pipeline together with Google Cloud and Deloitte account teams
- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients
- Leading client discussions with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Shaping compelling propositions around Gemini Enterprise, Generative AI, Cloud, Data and Cybersecurity
- Coordinating cross-functional teams of consultants, cloud architects, AI, data and cyber specialists
- Supporting strategic bids, proposals and executive presentations
- Translating Google technology capabilities into measurable business value for clients
- Driving growth of one of Deloitte Poland's strategic priority alliance ecosystems
You will work closely with Google Cloud and Deloitte experts across EMEA while helping some of Poland's largest organizations accelerate their AI and cloud transformation journeys.
