Your responsibilities
- Governance cycle: coordinates financial governance for respective function (actual monthly results, Rolling Forecasts, AP/SP) for the eBusiness BU
- Business partnering: support and challenge relevant business stakeholders leveraging business and financial insights
- Maximise business performance, by leading and shaping performance management within the area of responsibility and working closely alongside, challenging and influencing the business
- Support decision making, by developing business cases, providing scenario modelling, reviewing and supporting fund applications, provide internal and external benchmarking and ad hoc analysis
- Project / program work: support strategic projects / programs for Business or GBC
- Collaborates closely with other Business Controllers and relevant HGSS Teams to ensure efficiency of key processes
- In collaboration with other Business Controllers, HUB Manager and relevant stakeholders (GBCD, HO MT), standardizes processes and tools to increase productivity and quality of key activities.
Our requirements
- Education: Master degree in Finance (business economics or accounting & control)
- Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance
- Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, finance management and/or managerial
- reporting of business economical processes and HEINEKEN business systems
- Other skills: Finance knowledge, in-depth understanding of transactional (sales) processes and (HEINEKEN) business systems
- Languages: Fluent English
