Junior Client Service Specialist – Gdansk, Poland

We are looking for a Junior Client Service Specialist who will work within a diverse team pushing boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise customers on the whole product range, stock situation, options for customised products, special motifs, product applications, novelties and more.
• Independently manage the order process from initial inquiry to completed delivery of product; prepare quotes, enter orders and arrange shipments.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of our products to customers.
• Check customer credit accounts and align with Credit Management on credit limits, price adjustments, customer‑specific discounts and payment conditions.
• Support customers in all inquiries and build trustful, long‑term relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and other problems, ensuring a rapid and professional resolution to satisfy the customer.
• Support the sales representatives in the markets in a service‑ and solution‑oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• A calm and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong collaboration skills and a results‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Ability to clearly communicate and explain procedures and solutions to partners.
• Fluency in Italian (at least B2) and English.
• Proficiency in an additional language such as French or Spanish (minimum B2) is an advantage.
