IT Project Manager

About the project, We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Manager. Join our team to lead projects for our international and local clients.

Your responsibilities, Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, Monitor project progress and report to management and clients, Ensure quality standards and maintain comprehensive project documentation, Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management, Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, Experience managing technical projects (web applications, cloud solutions, system integrations), Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project), Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM), Knowledge of BPM, process automation will be additional advantage, Understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients, Higher education in technical, business, or related field
