About the project, As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) factory quality metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), End of Line Quality Metric (EQM) and Missing, Wrong, Damaged (MWD). You will also have responsibility for setting up and improving factory quality inspection processes aligned with ISO and regulatory compliance programs, driving investigations related to customer quality escalations, and performing Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA) on issues., , You will work with stakeholders across the Product & Operations organization to build and maintain a quality culture built on continuous improvement methods which is focused on meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations.

Your responsibilities, Conduct broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in quality engineering, plus working knowledge of other related fields., Provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and contributes to the development of organization's quality goals and objectives., Lead tactical quality related projects and provides direction to less experienced team members., Use judgment within defined policies and practices; works under limited direction., Get frequent inter-organizational and outside customer/vendor contacts.

University degree, preferably in engineering domain (IT, Electronics) and/or quality management,, Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes, engineering theory and electronic and mechanical design,, Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project & problems management, communication and organizational skills,, Fluency in English and Polish and proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI),, At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering area or related field.

Optional, Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware technologies, operating systems and applications,, Influencing skills, ability to interact with Senior Management and Executives, strong presentation skills.
