Salary range: 18900 - 28900 gross/month

What will you do?

You will join a dedicated team developing flagship AI and ML solutions that are transforming the Credit and Lending landscape. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, production‑ready AI solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, and help shape the technical direction of key initiatives in a fast‑paced, innovative, and stable environment.

• Write and maintain high‑quality, testable, and reusable code
• Lead the design of scalable and robust AI/ML solutions
• Own engineering execution from technical design to production deployment
• Mentor and support other engineers in their daily work
• Co‑create and promote coding standards and AI best practices
• Evaluate and prototype new technologies related to RAG, LLM optimization, and agentic architectures
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across AI programmes
• Ensure solutions are aligned with platform vision and long‑term architecture

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience working with Python and its ML/AI ecosystem
• Strong experience with LLMs including architectures, fine‑tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP with hands‑on project experience
• Experience with databases and messaging including PostgreSQL, vector databases, Redis, and Pub/Sub
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, observability, and concurrency
• Experience making architectural decisions and designing scalable systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Commitment to engineering excellence including TDD and BDD practices
• Very good English communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders

• Experience with middleware and integration tasks

• Experience with GCP Cloud Build
• Experience working in the financial services domain
• Experience in credit and lending projects
