Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee timely and accurate invoice processing and verification across multiple regions.
- Ensure alignment of invoice data with purchase orders and goods receipts (three‑way match – PO, GRN, invoice).
- Drive standardization, optimization, and scalability of P2P processes.
- Manage SLA/KPI governance related to cost verification, compliance, and operational performance.
- Lead automation initiatives using tools such as SAP S/4HANA, UIPath, and AP coding bots.
- Oversee risk management and internal controls, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to compliance frameworks.
- Implement and maintain global P2P policies, adapting to local regulations as required.
- Partner with GPO, Finance, Compliance, IT, and automation providers to enhance process efficiency and alignment.
- Champion continuous improvement and change management, driving process excellence initiatives across geographies.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in P2P, finance operations, or shared services.
- Proven track record in process ownership and optimization within a multinational or matrix environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., UIPath, AP coding bots).
- Excellent understanding of invoice matching, controls, and risk management processes.
- Experience in governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
