About the project

NATEK has been leading a strategic IT transformation program aimed at replacing its legacy core system with a modern, modular SaaS ecosystem covering CRM, ATS, PSA, and HRIS.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our organization and support the seamless completion of program objectives.

The successful candidate will focus on driving the project through its implementation phase, ensuring effective coordination of multiple vendors and stakeholders, successful execution of data migration and system integrations, and a smooth transition into the operational RUN phase.

This role reports directly to Program Leader and works in close collaboration with:

• CIO,

• CEO,

• Product Owner,

• Internal Business Stakeholders,

• External Technology Vendors.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager with proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations (data migration and integration),managing critical go-live activities, pilot, and hyper care.

Your responsibilities

Project delivery

• Lead and coordinate the final phase of the IT Transformation Program

• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks

• Ensure delivery of all remaining project activities according to agreed scope and objectives

• Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues impacting implementation

Stakeholder & vendor management

• Coordinate activities across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors

• Facilitate decision-making and maintain alignment between technology and business streams

• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to senior leadership

System integration & data migration

• Oversee end-to-end execution of system integration activities

• Coordinate data migration planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution

• Ensure readiness of all technical and business teams for deployment

Customer & go-live management

• Develop and execute go-live and cutover plans

• Coordinate deployment activities across all involved parties

• Manage risks, escalations, and contingency planning during critical implementation phases

• Support hypercare activities following deployment

Transition to RUN

• Prepare the organization for operational handover

• Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, support processes, and ownership structures are

established

• Coordinate handover from project delivery teams to operational support teams

Our requirements

• 10+ years managing software implementation projects (ERP, HR, etc.)
• Experience integrating various IT systems
• Proven track record coordinating multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
• Practical experience leading data migration activities, cutover planning, and go-live execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Experience managing external technology partners and vendors
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills
• Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Supporting change management and user-adoption experience would be a plus

• Ensure successful data migration and system integration outcomes
• Manage stakeholder and vendor alignment throughout final implementation phases
• Establish a structured transition into RUN operations and post-go-live support model
