For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Senior Change Manager (OCM)

100% Remote 

Type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Rate: 125 – 135 pln/h net + vat 

Task overview OCM:

Executive Support & Change Strategy Execution

• Directly support the Lead Change Manager in implementing and tracking the overall change management strategy and integrated plan.
• Prepare materials and briefing documents for the Lead Change Manager's meetings with executive stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Track the progress of all assigned change activities and flag potential risks or roadblocks to the Lead Change Manager immediately.
• Coordinate meetings for the Change Management and Deployment function, documenting decisions and distributing action items.
• Administer and process data from change impact assessments and readiness surveys, compiling results into clear reports for the Core Team to discuss.

Material Creation & Development

• Draft, refine, and maintain various core change materials, including presentations, training outlines, communication scripts, and FAQs, ensuring strict adherence to the strategy set by the Lead CM.
• Maintain the central repository for all change-related documentation and content.

Deployment Coordination & Collaboration 

• Act as the Change Management liaison to the Deployment Lead, ensuring logistical and material readiness aligns with technical cutover timelines.
• Support the readiness tracking for deployment by monitoring training completion, material usage, and local site champion feedback.
• Assist the Deployment Lead and the Lead CM in coordinating on-the-ground readiness activities and collecting post-deployment observations

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Change Management / OCM
• Experience supporting transformation projects or system implementations
• Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Very strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Strong independence, good work organization, and a proactive approach
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Experience working in an international environment
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience in IT projects / digital transformations
