Your responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the technical product management of USB connectivity and Wireless Charging (WLC) solutions
• Define and align technical solution concepts with customers and external development teams
• Identify, analyze and prioritize customer requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of an effective platform strategy and support decision-making regarding technical and commercial trade-offs
• Support customer acquisition activities through technical consulting, concept development and preparation of solution proposals
• Build, maintain and further develop customer relationships within the international OEM environment
• Monitor the entire product portfolio and identify opportunities for further development and optimization
• Continuously track market and technology trends in the automotive industry to ensure competitiveness

Our requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in technical product management, systems engineering or product development within the automotive industry
• Strong technical expertise in automotive connectivity solutions, including USB, Wireless Charging (WLC), communication interfaces and power supply systems
• Ability to structure complex technical topics clearly and communicate them effectively to different target groups
• Experience working with international OEM customers and Tier 1 suppliers
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to conduct negotiations confidently in both languages. Knowledge of Polish is considered an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a willingness to travel on business
