About the project, Your role, As a Senior Developer you will join an international program focused on delivering and evolving Salesforce-based solutions within the insurance and financial services domain. You will combine hands-on Salesforce development with solution consulting and architecture support, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable enterprise solutions., , Your project, You will become part of a global Salesforce delivery team supporting strategic digital transformation initiatives for a leading insurance client. The team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and running a Salesforce-based application that enables broker advisors to provide proactive support, making their day-to-day work more flexible and increasing productivity - including a digital, all-round view of their own area of responsibility (e.g. documentation of interactions and framework agreements, brokerage house KPIs, and related functionalities) - while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities, Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Sales Cloud, and CRM Analytics., Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and supporting requirements engineering., Contributing to solution architecture, application design, and key technical decisions., Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms., Collaborating with business teams, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders., Participating in technical workshops, solution estimations, and backlog refinement sessions., Performing code reviews and promoting Salesforce development standards and best practices., Supporting application operations, including changes, releases, incident management, and continuous improvement.

At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience., Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, APIs, and integration patterns., Experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Designer., Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, enterprise application design, data models, reporting, and user interfaces., Experience with development and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code., Experience within the financial services or insurance industry., Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders., German at C1 level and English at B2 level; Salesforce architecture certifications are a strong advantage.
