Obowiązki

Your role
As a P2P Finance Process Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring accurate invoice processing, resolving complex discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving processes, and supporting audits while working closely with stakeholders and vendors in an international environment.

Your tasks
Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle accounts payable queries and resolve complex discrepancies.
Prepare monthly reports and support financial closing activities.
Perform vendor account reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation.
Work with SAP/S4HANA and Excel to manage daily operations, analyze data, and improve processes.

Your profile
Good command of German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
2–4 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or finance operations.
Experience working with SAP/S4HANA and financial systems.
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
