Your responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation initiatives related to digital logistics, freight management, procurement, and supply chain solutions, ensuring smooth adoption across business operations.
• Support the integration of new systems, business processes, and operational frameworks into existing workflows while minimizing business disruption.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and service performance.
• Assess implementation readiness, identify operational risks or process gaps, and develop mitigation plans to support successful deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Technology, Procurement, and Customer Success, to ensure business requirements are reflected in implemented solutions.
• Promote standardized operating practices while balancing regional or local business needs where appropriate.
• Monitor implementation progress, gather stakeholder feedback, and contribute to continuous improvements following solution deployment.
• Identify opportunities to optimize customer processes through better utilization of digital supply chain technologies.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and business partners by acting as a subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support organizational change and user adoption by facilitating knowledge transfer, stakeholder engagement, and operational enablement activities.

Employer requirements

• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, including at least a year in ocean freight.
• 1+ year of experience in implementation of digital or SaaS solutions. - very strong nice to have
• Strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies within logistics or transportation environments.
• Experience coordinating implementation, transformation, or process improvement initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Project Management skills
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend practical solutions that improve operational performance and cost efficiency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving business challenges and driving organizational change.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Optional

• Knowledge of German or another European language would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline would be a plus.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced implementation professional to support the deployment and adoption of digital logistics solutions across international operations of newly opened branch. This position focuses on helping business teams successfully integrate new technologies, operating models, and process improvements into their daily activities while ensuring measurable business value.

Working at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer engagement, you will facilitate organizational change, drive process standardization, and support the successful rollout of supply chain solutions across multiple regions.
