Application Support Engineer

• Windows Server: Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot DB-related issues).
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs).
• Solid understanding of deployment processes (managing releases, implementing changes/patches in test and production environments).
• Familiarity with corporate IT procedures (Change Management, Incident Management or ServiceNow).

We're looking for Application Support Engineer / Windows System Administrator to join our client's project ,[Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for Windows-based Pensions systems and related infrastructure., Support the deployment of application releases, patches, and configuration changes across test and production environments., Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows Server and MS SQL Server issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams when required., Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, system procedures, and disaster recovery documentation., Support IT service management processes, including Incident and Change Management, and coordinate technical activities with Site Services and other support teams.] Requirements: Windows Server, MS SQL Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
